Job Description - General Manager
Bristol is seeking a General Manager for Sarasota Florida. This General Manager a highly visible role will oversee the management coordination and strategic direction of the facilities dining environmental and nursing programs. Bristol provides healthcare facilities with food nutrition environmental and facilities management solutions. Key Responsibilities
-Manage 3 department supervisors of healthcare facility operations 1. Food 2. Environmental 3. Resident Care and Compliance.
-Provide leadership and oversight for specialized care programs ensuring compassionate and specialized support for residents with cognitive impairments.
-Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction.
-Oversee budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.
-Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
-Build strong relationships with business partners residents staff and community partners.
Qualifications
-Proven leadership experience in facilities management hospitality senior living healthcare or related multi-facetted management environment.
-Strong organization operational and financial management skills.
-Ability to lead inspire and develop teams.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
-5 years multi-site management experience
-Demonstrated success as a top operational performer consistently exceeding targets and budgets
-Must have the ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge along with the ability to work in a team environment

Dining or Food Services 5 years
Hospitality Management 5 years
Healthcare Management: 5 years
Management: 10 years
