Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Korean/English) Manager of Accounting & Administration to oversee accounting treasury and office operations for our golf club properties in Orange County.
This role acts as a key liaison between the U.S. management company and headquarters in Korea ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective communication. Youll also support the CEO with financial analysis reports and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and summarize monthly financial and operational reports
- Coordinate audits settlements and tax filings
- Manage banking AR/AP and reconciliations
- Oversee office expenses insurance and compliance documents
- Administer payroll and benefits (health insurance 401(k))
- Communicate regularly with headquarters in Korea and the U.S. management team
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English (required)
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration
- 4 years of experience in accounting or administration
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and reporting standards
- Strong coordination and communication skills
