This is an opportunity for someone who loves both the people side and the process side of estate planning. You will work directly alongside our managing attorney helping design draft and deliver complete estate plans while improving how our firm operates day to day. You will coordinate across intake drafting and signing ensuring that every client file moves smoothly through the firms seven-stage process from first call to final binder. You will also have a voice in refining our systems building out better task tracking and helping to implement new technology that keeps our firm efficient and client-focused.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned paralegal with deep estate planning experience someone who knows their way around trusts wills and powers of attorney and takes pride in catching every detail before a document ever reaches the attorneys desk. You are comfortable navigating DecisionVault Clio and WealthCounsel and you have the organizational instincts to keep a dozen moving parts synchronized without missing a beat. You thrive on accountability communicate clearly and professionally and genuinely care about helping clients protect what matters most.

Requirements
35 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal (trusts wills POAs and related documents)
Strong knowledge of estate planning terminology document structure and role designations (trustees executors guardians etc.)
Proficiency with DecisionVault Clio Manage and WealthCounsel (or similar drafting software)
Comfortable managing client data syncing matters and generating design sheets or Client Decision Summaries
Excellent document review and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple active matters and meet deadlines within a structured workflow
Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal team members
Highly organized dependable and able to follow through on tasks without supervision
Proficient in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace (Word Excel SharePoint) and PDF editing tools
Demonstrated professionalism discretion and calm under deadline pressure
Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems (Gavel QuickBooks LawPay custom CRM)
Preferred: prior experience in a boutique estate planning or probate firm
