We are currently seeking a skilled DSCR Underwriting Manager to join Our Client in Charlotte. As the DSCR Underwriting Manager you will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating debt service coverage ratios for commercial real estate projects. Your work will directly impact the companys decision-making process and financial success making this role vital to our operations.
You will be involved in a variety of projects including assessing the financial viability of real estate investments conducting risk analysis and providing recommendations to senior management. Responsibilities:
- Analyze debt service coverage ratios for commercial real estate transactions.
- Evaluate financial statements cash flow projections and other relevant financial data.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure underwriting standards are met.
- Prepare detailed underwriting reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends regulations and best practices in underwriting.
- Manage a team of underwriters and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of underwriting processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate underwriting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of debt service coverage ratios and financial analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and underwriting software.
