Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Work Set-up: Work From Office / Work From Home
Salary: Php 80000 - Php 90000
Schedule: Morning

Key Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing keyword research and optimization to improve organic visibility.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements to boost website rankings.
Provide technical SEO support including backlink strategies.
Create manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Develop keyword bidding strategies and manage ad budgets effectively.
Track conversions and provide regular performance reports.
Plan launch and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Execute audience targeting A/B testing and creative optimization.
Generate monthly reports on campaign performance and insights.
Develop ad creatives and content for marketing campaigns and events

Required Qualifications
Proficient in campaign management keyword optimization and creative
development.
Detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or any related field.
At least 23 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in SEO
Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using tools like Google
Analytics Search Console and Meta Business Suite.
