Job Summary
Position Title: Junior Drafter
Work Set-up: Work From Office
Salary: Php 30000 - Php 40000
Schedule: Morning
Key Responsibilities
Preparing architectural drawings plans and details for modular buildings.
Assisting with fabrication and shop drawings for off-site manufacturing.
Updating and revising documentation to reflect design and client changes.
Supporting council submissions approvals and compliance documentation.
Collaborating with architects engineers and project teams to deliver build-ready designs.
Maintaining drafting standards templates and modular component libraries.
Learning modular construction methods and contributing to efficient design solutions.
Required Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting or a related field
Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
