- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns: From paid search to display advertising and social media ads you will be responsible for setting up managing and optimising digital campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Leverage email marketing: Create and manage targeted segmented email campaigns to nurture leads re-engage past customers and retain loyal audiences.
- Data-driven decision making: Use data from web analytics (Google Analytics SEMrush etc.) to continuously refine digital marketing strategies measure campaign success and optimise future initiatives.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing product marketing or eCommerce with a solid focus on SEO targeting email and data analytics.
- A digital-native always looking for new ways to optimise and experiment using the latest tools in SEO email and analytics.
- Data-driven with a strong ability to pull insights from analytics tools and use them to inform decisions that drive performance.
- Thrive on detail but youre also a big-picture thinker who can tie digital strategy to tangible business outcomes.
- Proactive in driving campaign strategy able to juggle multiple digital campaigns at once while delivering on KPIs.
- Have experience using a range of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics SEMrush Moz HubSpot etc.) and know how to use them to drive real growth.
