We are looking for CNM3-Clinical Site Manager to our hospital in Dublin.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management to ensure the delivery maintenance and continuous development of high-quality nursing care across all wards and departments.
Assist and direct nursing services to maintain optimal patient care standards and ensure adherence to hospital procedures policies and clinical guidelines.
Support staff learning professional development and evidence-based practice through collaboration with the Nurse Practice Development Unit and other stakeholders.
Monitor patient flow service activity and staffing levels to maintain safe efficient and effective clinical operations especially during Out-of-Hours periods.
Attend and manage clinical emergencies throughout the hospital offering guidance clinical expertise and follow-up support to nursing teams.
Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives audits and accreditation processes (JCI HIQA JAG) ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative standards.
Promote effective management of complaints incidents and risks by investigating issues implementing corrective actions and ensuring lessons learned are shared.
Maintain communication with ADONs and the Director of Nursing regarding staffing clinical standards and key performance indicators to drive operational excellence.
Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement through strong leadership morale building and effective performance management.
Requirements
Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligible for registration.
Minimum seven years post-registration nursing experience with at least five years in an acute care setting.
Minimum two years experience at Clinical Nurse Manager II level or equivalent.
ACLS training completed or willingness to complete within a specified timeframe.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
Experience in supervising and preceptoring staff and students.
Masters degree in Nursing desirable.
Management course completion desirable.
Experience in conducting clinical audits desirable.
