Responsibilities
Supervise the care and nursing staff on a day-to-day basis.
Coordinate and oversee resident activities.
Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Sound decision making ability.
- An interest in care of the elderly
