As the Registered Childrens Home Manager youll lead one of their homes with empathy professionalism and integrity. Youll oversee daily operations guide a passionate team and ensure the home operates in full compliance with OFSTED regulations. Most importantly youll play a vital role in transforming the lives of the young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring a high-quality and nurturing residential environment.
Lead motivate and support a dedicated care team through effective supervision and coaching.
Ensure compliance with OFSTED and all relevant childcare legislation.
Build strong supportive relationships with children families and professionals.
Develop review and monitor personalised care and behaviour management plans.
Promote safety wellbeing and development for every young person in your care.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years recent experience as an OFSTED Registered Manager in a childrens residential setting.
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
Strong understanding of EBD trauma-informed practice and safeguarding legislation.
Proven leadership organisational and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills with children families and professionals.
High emotional intelligence empathy and resilience under pressure.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
