IT Web Senior Functional Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to ho supports project manager by handling organizational tasks to ensure projects are completed on time. Key responsibilities include managing timelines tracking progress facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders preparing reports and maintaining project documentation.

Besides earlier responsibilities the profile will provide technical application support. This role requires strong system knowledge and troubleshooting skills for responding to requests and resolving technical issues.

The Senior Functional Analyst must demonstrate both technical proficiency and interpersonal skills.

Requisitos

At least 3 years of experience as an Application Analyst or in a similar role. A solid technical background is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Create detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation to meet objectives.
  

• Scope Management: Define scope goals and deliverables with stakeholders. Contribute to project requirements definition and maintain all documentation.
  

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and avoid delays.
  

• Communication: Act as the main contact point providing regular updates to clients and managers for transparency and alignment.
  

• Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for efficient project execution.
  

• Quality Assurance: Monitor progress and deliverable quality ensuring standards and client expectations are met. Lead and participate in UAT: define test cases execute tests follow up and report results.
  

• Change Management: Manage changes in scope schedule or resources as needed.
  

• Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong technical background and be proficient with project management tools. Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure environment availability during the project lifecycle.
  

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues; if unresolved escalate to support teams or suppliers and notify the manager.
