Application Support Analysts must demonstrate both technical proficiency and interpersonal skills.

Database management systems (SQL Oracle PostgreSQL)
Web platform development tools (GitLab)
Automated testing tools (Selenium Postman JMeter)
Valuable Technical Skills:
Qualifications:
Degree in Computing Engineering Web Application Development (DAW) Cross-Platform Application Development (DAM) or a related field.
C1 level of English or equivalent certification required.
Key Responsibilities:
Problem Assessment: Evaluate customer issues to identify areas that require organizational attention.
Identifying Technological Solutions: Contribute to leveraging technology to support business strategies and enhance performance.
Troubleshooting: Detect and address system problems; if unresolved escalate to other support teams or suppliers and notify the manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business teams IT support groups and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Technology Stack Understanding: Consider all environments factors and stakeholders when providing technical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication
Effective multitasking abilities
Patience and empathy in communication
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong task prioritization skills
Additional Information:
May be required to work nights weekends or holidays under exceptional circumstances.
