The role
Our Product Design team is looking for a Mobile Product Designer.
In this role youll advocate for a user-centric approach and design elegant solutions backed by a data-driven process.
Youll bring a curious questioning mind and a strong creative eye along with experience in collaborating with stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams.

Youll be
Responsible for designing consistent native mobile iOS and Android app experiences
Collaborating with Product and Engineering to define and deliver solutions that are viable desirable and feasible.
Part of the broader Human Centered Design team advancing a customer-centric vision and Product Design practice
Conducting research with users distillingthe data and communicating insights
Working in an agile environment for quick prototype-test-iterate cycles
Facilitating working sessions and articulating design decisions
Contributing to the evolution of our mobile design system
Ensuring mobile experiences are accessible to users of all abilities
Using AI tools to accelerate workflows

Were looking for
2 years of mobile app product design experience with a mastery in Figma
Experience designing with mobile native design systems ( Android and iOS )
Good understanding of the end-to-end digital product design process including user validation user flows content modeling wireframing prototyping user testing and high-fidelity visuals
Exceptional design craft
Experience collaborating with teams within an Agile methodology.
Experience working with AI tools like Figma Make and Copilot to enhance your workflows
Experience in fintech or the financial services sector considered a strong asset

Salary range is expected to be between
$71925.00 CAD - $119875.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
