Job Summary

We are a team of 45 investments professionals across 2 funds: MidMarket and Development.
Through our MidMarket fund we invest in profitable fast-growing mid-sized companies (targeted enterprise value of between 200 million and 1Bn) in France Italy Benelux and Germany in our 4 sectors of expertise: Tech & Telecom Consumer Services and Healthcare.
Our value creation strategy is based on 4 pillars: digitalization consolidation internationalization and sustainability.
Seven2 just opened a new office in Munich to expand in the strategically relevant PE market in the DACH region.

Intern missions:

Involvement throughout the different stages of the investment cycle:

Deal sourcing: identification and qualification of investment targets market research.
Deal execution: contribution to financial analysis modelling strategic due diligence and drafting of IC documents.
Ad-hoc projects in portfolio companies.
Exposure to all the sectors and geographies covered by Seven2.

Internship setup:

Role located in Munich; business travel to Paris and other cities when needed.
You will be part of the DACH investment team consisting of 3 investment professionals with prior experience from leading PEs tier-1 investment banking and MBB consulting.
Start date: January 2026.
