Project Manager Dry lining / Ceilings / Partitions Dublin Region

Permanent Position

Our client a specialist interiors contractor with deep experience across partition ceiling and dry-lining works (including data-centres and large-scale residential) is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of internal works packages in the Dublin region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end package delivery of dry-lining ceiling and partition works from planning procurement through to hand-over
Ensure budgets programmes and quality targets are met whilst working alongside main contractor teams
Lead a project team manage subcontractors coordinate materials and ensure safety/compliance standards are upheld
Report to senior management on commercial status forecasts variations and risk mitigation
Interface with client design and site teams to solve challenges and maintain stakeholder alignment

Requirements:

Proven project management experience in dry-lining/ceiling/partition or interior fit-out works
Strong commercial planning and leadership skills
Able to manage multiple phases teams and tight timelines in a major contractor environment
Excellent technical understanding of drawings spec and construction sequencing
