Permanent Position

Project: Mixed-use healthcare redevelopment

Salary / Package:

Our client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor established over 70 years renowned for delivering complex high-profile projects across healthcare residential commercial and education sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior engineering role on a technically challenging mixed-use scheme in Dublin 3.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day engineering and technical delivery across the site.
Supervise Site Engineers and coordinate with subcontractors consultants and design teams.
Ensure works comply with drawings specifications building regulations and Health & Safety standards.
Maintain QA/QC documentation as-built records and site reports.
Support the Site Manager with planning sequencing and technical problem-solving.

Requirements:

Minimum 57 years site engineering experience on large-scale or complex projects.
Strong understanding of residential and healthcare construction.
Experience with quality management inspections and site coordination.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
