Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our Corporate Human Resources team. This part-time entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work is eager to learn and wants to gain exposure to Human Resources in a professional setting.
Duties:
- Maintain and organize employee files and records.
- Assist with preparing paperwork and scheduling for new hire onboarding.
- Provide clerical support for employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Help coordinate HR meetings trainings and events (scheduling agendas materials).
- Perform general office duties such as filing scanning data entry and responding to emails/phone calls.
- Support HR team members with special projects and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Experience & Skills:
- Previous office or administrative experience in an HR setting preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
