The Team:
The Network SASE team is a dynamic group focused on integrating cutting-edge networking solutions with security protocols. We value innovation collaboration and a commitment to excellence ensuring that our multi-cloud infrastructure supports the evolving needs of the modern workplace.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Develop and lead the long-term strategy for Network SASE ensuring alignment with S&P Globals IT infrastructure roadmap.
Oversee the integration of various SASE components embracing Zero Trust Architecture to enhance performance security and reliability across cloud providers.
Spearhead the migration of legacy systems to modern networking solutions ensuring minimal disruption and maximum capability.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders engaging with senior leadership and BISO to shape network policies and strategies.
Provide oversight to a 24/7 Network Ops team for troubleshooting and incident management driving remediation efforts during outages.
Leverage data analysis to manage networking metrics and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $200000 to $240000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What Were Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
15 years of experience in IT networking and security with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on cloud-based infrastructure.
Lead and manage a team of 20 professionals providing coaching performance management and career development to drive individual and team success.
Strong expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP) and Zero Trust principles.
Deep understanding of MCNaaS/SASE architecture and related components including ZTNA and SD-WAN.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Zscaler Fortinet Cisco and VMware.
Strong program management skills to oversee deployment projects and annual upgrades.
Capability to train and mentor global teams on technical and process-related disciplines.
Proven problem-solving skills for first- and second-line troubleshooting and incident remediation.
