Program Overview:
GKN TOP 2026 is a 12-month internship program at GKN Automotive Mexico designed to attract and develop young talent in key areas such as engineering manufacturing and quality. The program aims to build a pipeline of future technical and operational leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support continuous improvement projects.
Participate in process analysis and optimization proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on advanced manufacturing initiatives.
Document processes.

Preferred Majors:

Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Engineering in Business Management
Mechatronics Engineering
Systems Engineering or related fields

Required Skills:

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
Proactive attitude and teamwork skills
Strong interest in the automotive industry
