Responsibilities
As a Procurement Intern you will support sourcing strategies supplier negotiations and procurement operations. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in supplier selection onboarding and performance evaluation
- Support negotiations and contract management
- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering finance and operations teams to align procurement with business needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Location:This position is available in Monterrey
Start Date:January 2026
Qualifications
- Final-semester or recently graduated bachelors student in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration International Trade or a related field from an accredited institution
- Must not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire
- Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes)
- Must be available to work full-time Monday to Friday
- Must have advanced English proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience or coursework in procurement logistics or supply chain
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Excel and data analysis tools
- Understanding of global sourcing practices and supplier management
