About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for aSupply Chain Optimisation Specialistto join ourUK Packaging division playing a key role in the continuous improvement of our Supply Chain function.
In this role youll be responsible forgathering standardising and analysing datato uncover performance gaps and generate actionable insights. Your work will drive theoptimisation of supply chain processesand contribute tostrategic decision-makingacross the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Cleansing: Identify and drive resolution of data quality issues.
Data & Performance Analysis:Provide analytical insights to enhancesupply chain performance.
Network Optimisation:Assess thecurrent supply chain portfolioto drive improvements.
Scenario Planning:Work cross-functionally with business leaders to create detailed plans for the 3-5yr horizon.
Scheduling Optimisation:Collaborate with our production planning teams to develop improved ways of working.
About You
We are looking for adata-driven individual with experience insupply chain operationsand a passion for uncovering new insights. Your analytical mindsetwill allow you to interpret complex data identify root causes and prioritiseproblem-solving efforts.
Withexcellent interpersonal skills youll be confident in influencing and collaborating withstakeholders across various business functions. Your ability to translate data into meaningful actions will be key to driving improvements in supply chain efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree within business/supply chain or equivalent business experience
Previous experience of working in a Supply Chain role
Strong organizational problem-solving and analytical skills
Extensive experience working with large complex datasets to create actionable insights
Understanding of statistical analysis and master data structures
Knowledge of sub-regional markets logistics operations inventory management and supply chain processes
Previous experience working with relevant systems
