This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple including Apple Store Online teams Marketing Operations Marcom Finance and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers.
- 7 years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
- Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies large-scale service architectures and app platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree or 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
- Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
- Experience with business analysis process improvement and multiple project management methodologies
- Proficiency with new technologies like AI Deep Learning and their practical applications in digital commerce
- Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
- Business-architecture mindset and critical thinking skills to connect complex systems and anticipate issues
- Ability to think strategically understand deeply and bridge functional gaps to shape innovative offerings and roadmaps
- Self-starter and driven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through clear communication and relationship building
