Facilities Coordinator

Location: San Francisco CA

The Facilities Coordinator provides onsite support during core business hours (9 AM 5 PM) and ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

What You Will Get to Do:

  • Submitting and completing assigned work orders
  • Coordinating with property management for service requests and follow-ups
  • Conducting weekly site walks and addressing issues with the Facilities Manager
  • Programming badges for new hires and deactivating access as needed
  • Serving as the liaison between SS&C and onsite property management
  • Collaborating with building engineers and security to resolve facilities issues
  • Supporting projects as directed by senior management
  • Ordering office and breakroom supplies
  • Managing company shipping and receiving
  • Handling vendor coordination including service requests preventive maintenance and escorting vendors
  • Acting as ERT lead providing onsite support during fire drills and actual emergencies
  • Working closely with the Facilities Manager to maintain efficient operations
