Client Success Sales Specialist / Inside Sales DX1
Location: Hybrid (3 days in the Norfolk VA office / 2 days remote)

Recreational Dealership Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our DX1 this role youll partner with existing dealership customers to expand their use of DX1s solutions by upselling additional products and services. Your work will directly drive revenue growth while fostering long-term consultative relationships with our clients.
What Youll Do
Conduct high-volume prospecting
Educate dealerships on DX1s full suite of products and services
Identify customer needs recommend solutions and set clear expectations
Consistently log activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Provide weekly updates to management on activity pipeline health and progress toward sales goals
Stay current on DX1s ancillary products industry trends and competitive landscape
What Were Looking For
Strong sense of urgency with a positive energetic and results-driven attitude
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Self-motivated with a commitment to high performance
Hybrid availability (3 days in-office 2 days remote)
Icing on the cake: Experience in software or online marketing/advertising sales

This role offers a base salary of approximately $40k annually plus commission.
