Position Overview
As a Host or Hostess at The Wicked Pig you are the first and last impression for every guest. You set the tone for the experiencewelcoming organized and effortlessly cool. Our ideal candidate loves people thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to make guests feel like theyve just stepped into the most exciting spot in Buckhead.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth confidence and personalitycreating an inviting first impression.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins through our seating system to balance guest flow and server sections.
- Communicate wait times clearly and accurately while keeping guests informed and engaged.
- Assist in coordinating large parties special occasions and VIP guests.
- Work closely with the bar and service team to ensure smooth seating transitions and consistent service.
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing host stand and entryway.
- Monitor the dining room to anticipate guest needs and assist servers or bussers when needed.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and knowledge of menus hours and events.
- Represent The Wicked Pig brand with enthusiasm polish and a touch of playful edge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a guest-facing role preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly confident and comfortable engaging with diverse guests in a lively atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends
Must be 18 years of age or older.
