Job Summary
Are you looking for an opportunity to work with the community supporting patients with high quality care in a welcoming dental excellence The team at Charlotte Family Dentistry has an opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our clinical team at Charlotte Family Dentistry. This full-time role supports daily operations within the dental practice and involves chair-sideassistance during procedures as needed ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Job duties and qualifications
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment
- Sterilize and prepare instruments equipment and treatment rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist the Dentist during dental procedures as needed
Desired Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiar with Dentrix scheduling patient appointments communicating with patients over the phone
Certifications:
- CPR certification and X-Ray certification preferred
