AsTreasury Analyst I youwillsupport the overallTreasury and Cash ManagementoftheCortlandenterprise. Investors colleagues and partners alike have absolute confidence intreasury andcash managementbecause of your leadership adherence totreasury departmentrules and company policy and precise attention to detail.

• Monitor daily cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity and meet operational needs.

• Prepareweekly cash balancerequeststo support financial visibility and decision-making.

• Review and resolve daily ACH debit exceptionsin coordination with banking partners.

• Serve asprogramadministerforcorporatecard and community petty cash programs including setup maintenanceand compliance oversight.

• Process and deposit checksfor community and corporate bank accounts ina timelyandaccuratemanner.

• Monitoronline banking administration including user access security controls and account maintenance.

• Create ACH reimbursement batches for the Account Settlement Department(ASD).

• Preparefraudulent endorsement claimsin partnership with our vendors and former tenants.

• Obtainand forwardbank statementsas requestedby Cortland accounting associates.

• Preparepaymentsforplatforms includingConcoursePaymentNet and Vatic

Additonal Responsibilities may include:

• Initiate wiresACHtransactions accounttransfers booktransfersand intercompany transfers including capital market transactions

• Verifypaymentsthrough established call back procedures and account validation toolstomaintaincontrol and prevent fraud.

• Prepare bank documentation including accounting forms wire templates and ACH instruction files.

• Monitor closed bank accounts contacting banking partners to ensuretimelycompletionsof requests.

• Bachelors degree in accounting or financerequired.

• Great timemanagement and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to quickly respond to urgent requests

• Very goodcommunication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized and ability to prioritize

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

• Team player able tochange schedule to accommodate the goals of the team and the company.

• Able to handle pressureand projects with little or no advance warning.
