As a US Territory Sales Representative you will be selling Patient lifts and ICU Boom equipment to hospitals long-term care homes retirement homes and medical equipment distributors within an assigned region of the United States. You will be responsible for developing new business as well as strengthening existing customer relationships. This position includes a base salary of $50000-$60000 plus commission with the ability to earn a first-year OTE of $115000 with other perks!

THE LOCATION
- Location: Richmond Hill ON (head office)
- Work model: During probation on-site 5 days/week; after probation hybrid with 2 WFH days and the remainder on-site or travelling.
- Travel: 25% in the U.S.; must meet Canadian/U.S. travel requirements.

THE POSITION
You will sell Patient Lifts and ICU Boom equipment within an assigned US region to drive new business and grow existing accounts. Call points include clinical technical and construction stakeholders such as nurses clinic owners biomedical and facilities engineers architects contractors and medical equipment distributors.
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
Hospitals long-term care homes retirement homes clinics and medical equipment distributors. Stakeholders include clinical staff nursing leadership biomedical engineers facilities engineers clinic owners architects and contractors across both existing facilities and new construction projects (initial focus may include the Northeast US).

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES
60% prospecting and cold outreach (phone email LinkedIn)
40% discovery presentations/demos quoting and closing
Set appointments and build multi-level relationships within healthcare facilities
Manage pipeline and forecasts; after-sale upselling where appropriate
Promote custom healthcare solutions to contractors facility owners and clinical teams
Account management for active customers; attend selected trade shows and industry events
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $50000$60000 (based on experience)
Commissions: uncapped with bonuses
First-year OTE: $115000
Top performers: $200000

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
13 years of inside or outside B2B sales (industry experience not required)
Canadian resident with a valid passport to travel to the US as required
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Hunter mindset strong communication and presentation skills comfortable with multi-stakeholder sales
EDUCATION
Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MS Office; strong presentation and virtual meeting skills; Google/search proficiency. Familiarity with clinic or healthcare software is an asset.
