About the Role

Our Melbourne team is dedicated to creating a seamless world-class experience for our people and visitors in our 100 person Head Office on Collins Street.

Based in Melbourne CBD the Office Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of the office ensuring an exceptional workplace experience that reflects our values of collaboration innovation and excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional ready to step into a part-time role drive operational excellence and support our strong workplace culture.

  • 20 hrs per week over 4 or 5 days (onsite)
  • Work hours are flexible to balance work and personal life.
  • Located at 1 Collins Street Melbourne 3000 close to public transport

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily office operations ensuring efficiency compliance and a consistently high standard of service.
  • Manage front-of-house tasks to deliver a warm and professional experience for all employees and guests.
  • Oversee office refurbishments and workplace improvement projects.
  • Implement and maintain office management strategies policies and procedures.
  • Manage facilities including space planning maintenance and general upkeep.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes providing strong support for the Executive Team.
  • Plan and execute events that bring our people togetherteam gatherings celebrations and company-wide functions.
  • Build strong trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align local operational initiatives with global standards and best practices.


About You

This role is ideal for someone with operational experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in creating great workplace experiences. Were looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven operational management experience.
  • Experience initiating projects including relocations and fit-outs
  • Strong budget management and confident negotiation skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional internal customer service.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a polished professional approach.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.A natural ability to foster connection and team engagement through events and initiatives.
