The Event and Brand Assistant supports the planning coordination and execution of events and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone creative organized and enthusiastic about bringing brand experiences to life. The position involves hands-on work with event logistics brand promotions and public-facing activities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate event logistics such as setup materials and vendor communication.
Support brand promotions and on-site customer engagement.
Help maintain event and brand materials inventory and displays.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand presentation.
Provide administrative and on-site support before during and after events.
Contribute creative ideas for improving event experiences and brand visibility.
