- Building everything from garages and barns to homes shops and beyond!
- Reading blueprints and measuring with laser-focus accuracy
- Operating tools safely while knocking out high-quality work
- Thinking ahead and solving challenges like a pro
- Leading and collaborating with an awesome team that has your back
What You Bring to the Job Site:
- Reliable transportation (we count on you to get here!)
- A strong work ethic and pride in doing honest top-notch work
- At least 1 year of construction experience (but if youre eager to learn well train you!)
- Basic safety knowledge OSHA 10 certification required within 6 months (well help!)
- Skill with tape measures blueprints and power tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to track materials like a boss
- Bonus points if youre bilingual have leadership skills or can read blueprints
