What Boys & Girls Aid Can Offer You
- Pay Range: $22.00 $23.00 per hour
- Bilingual Incentive: 8% additional pay for Spanish speaking staff

What Youll Do as an Education Specialist
- Support up to 15 youth with education and career planning
- Conduct assessments set goals and develop service plans
- Meet youth and families in homes schools and community settings
- Advocate for youth in educational systems and help remove barriers
- Collaborate with teachers counselors and community partners
- Support youth in building life skills and accessing vocational opportunities
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Social Work Education Psychology Sociology or related field OR 4 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of professional and/or lived experience working with youth
- Valid Oregon or Washington drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong communication mediation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and community resources
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Preferred: Bilingual Spanish-English
