What will your role be

As a Coating Operatorwithin Bradken Lima (Linings S.A.)s Production team you will take on a technical hands-on role in our fabrication this role you will perform rubber lining on liners in line with current codes specifications and standards ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

Perform all lining tasks required by the area lead according to work orders.
Laminate rubber on the mill and prepare mixes as needed to execute tasks.
Communicate and work closely with Quality Control.
Support general workshop requirements and maintain order and cleanliness.
Maintain a safe work environment complying with labor practices and health safety and environmental standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum education: High school.
Employment certificate in a similar role.
At least 1 year of experience in rubber lining.
Knowledge of lining types rubber milling/lamination materials metrology calculations quality control and ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
Operation of power tools (grinder angle grinder etc.).

Skills & competencies:

Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Ability to interpret technical information and instructions.
Effective teamwork with organization planning and attention to detail.

Job location: Lima Lima Peru (Cercado de Lima plant).
