As a Director within our Capital Markets division youll be at the forefront of institutional real estate strategy working with major fund managers and leveraging Colliers national and international networks. Youll play a key role in winning major business facilitating high-value transactions and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients
- Drive revenue through strategic engagement with Colliers client base
- Collaborate with the Head of Office Capital Markets as to secure controlled opportunities
- Lead targeted programs to grow institutional business activity
- Respond to internal referrals and participate in national capital markets calls
- Initiate regular client meetings and informal engagements
- Ensure accurate reporting in partnership with Marketing and Information teams
- Meet monthly revenue targets
- Enhance Colliers profile through media and public relations
- Share cross-divisional referral opportunities
