#TeamAAM is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Warren Michigan.The Manufacturing Engineer implements manufacturing techniques processes tooling and machinery to maximize throughput. They establish control charting of critical features and processes; monitoring results and determining machine and process capabilities and performance reliability. They will manage the implementation of new processes and time estimates and identify optimal tooling for machining. They will resolve issues with design manufacturability or build sequences and ensure production-part acceptance and manufacturing readiness. This person also participates in adoption of new technologies and processes to achieve greater efficiency.

Job Description
Creates CAD models and CNC Programming for production departments.
Creates process routings based on product quoting and knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment capabilities.
Prepares daily steel order based on incoming orders and product requirements.
Provides support to quoting process as required.
Provides technical support to production employees.
Participates in Production planning meetings.
Provides customer support for Engineering and Quality concerns.
Designs tooling and fixtures based on customer requirements.
Works with Engineering manager to support inter-company best practices and cost reduction.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- CNC Machining and Programming experience.
- Mastercam experience.
- Tool and Die experience.
