Position Overview:
The Field Marketing Manageris responsible for managing the marketing strategies tools processes and programs that support the execution of HTeaOs Brewing Purpose within our CommuniTEAs and Local Brand Programs. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency local relevance and executional excellence across all franchise markets. You will own local market growth drive community engagement and serve as the marketing partner to our franchise operators. This is a boots-on-the-ground in market role that blends creativity strategy and execution. This role is hands-on and deeply connected to local communities.

Responsibilities:

Local Brand Marketing

  • Collaborates with the Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Marketing Director to evaluate the specific marketing needs of assigned markets establishing a tailored support approach focus areas and expectations based on market coverage needs divisional priorities and individual store performance.
  • Develops trade areas through both on-the-ground and remote initiatives by forming new partnerships and sponsorships while managing the internal Community Request System and overseeing the execution of quarterly marketing plans.
  • Builds active community involvement by driving awareness and fostering overall growth sales performance.
  • Develops and executes business unit marketing plans aligned with divisional marketing priorities including objectives for sales customer growth ROI and brand goals.
  • Leverages ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and recommends adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Participates in ongoing training to remain current on marketing programs and strategies.
  • Provides support for national activations influencer engagements within assigned markets as needed.
  • Ensure all stores uphold HTeaOs brand standards in signage local promotions digital assets and community materials.
  • Coordinate creation of local marketing assets when needed including flyers local content and ads and partnership materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on divisional priorities market trends and strategic initiatives.

Market & Store Support

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for assigned stores providing ongoing guidance support and market-specific strategies.
  • Travel regularly across DFW and surrounding markets to conduct store visits support local activations and ensure brand standards.
  • Support both new and established markets through transitional periods new store openings and community boosting efforts.

Community Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build strong relationships with local organizations schools nonprofits and businesses to grow brand awareness and drive store traffic.
  • Lead community events fundraisers sponsorships and local partnerships that strengthen HTeaOs presence on a local level.
  • Identify grassroots opportunities and execute creative high-impact local marketing initiatives with franchise partners.

Local Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute in-store and offsite events such as pop-ups large-order drives school activations and local sponsorship activations.
  • Represent the brand at community events and partner activations; comfortable speaking engaging and networking with guests.
  • Support national campaigns and influencer activations within assigned markets.

Franchise Partner Relationship Management

  • Work side-by-side with franchise owners/operators to understand their goals challenges and market needs.
  • Coach operators on local marketing best practices community engagement tactics and HTeaO brand standards.

Marketing Planning & Performance

  • Develop quarterly local marketing plans tailored to each stores performance trade area and growth potential.
  • Track event results partnership performance local sales lift and ROI to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Recommend adjustments and new ideas that drive measurable growth in traffic large orders and repeat customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Strong writing editing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passionate about people with a genuine desire to understand our guests and operating partners needs and values.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time around DFW and outer markets.
  • Experience working with franchise partners or in QSR.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Field Marketing role.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Experience with Grand openings (preferred).
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to network and make connections within different local communities.
