Job Summary
Were seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee cost planning scheduling and performance tracking for large-scale commercial construction projects across North America. Youll support a global energy client with projects ranging from office buildouts to refinery upgrades ensuring precision efficiency and profitability across all operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor project control systems.
Lead cost estimating forecasting and scheduling efforts.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Provide leadership and training to the project controls team.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
5 years of project controls or construction management experience.
Strong background in cost planning estimating and scheduling.
Construction administration experience required.
Proven financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship or relocation).
