If you are a passionate Customer Service professional Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a Service Engineer/Admin to work for our Pressure Management Business unit. This role will aim to provide excellent customer experience through timely and accurate service solutions.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support LCS leader and ISE for KOB3 offers (Budgetary/Firm) as per customer requirements

  • Ensure Order entry for KB3 orders in system within 24 hours with internal co-ordination if the order is technically and commercially clear. If required checking with customer/Sales for getting amendments/Query reply etc.

  • Ensuring all the details from customers for the accurate ordering is available and sending order to SOM for order booking.

  • Various customer portal processes must be completed prior to Service / Spares order entry.

  • Check Spare/Service order status with internal SOM/materials team and ensure to have clear communication to client on the order status.

  • Statutory docs arrangement from respective dept and send to client as per their requirement for Spare/service order.

  • Generating Service Request (SR) in service portal for product complaint from client /issues on site informed by service engineer. Collecting all required details from service team and follow-up for the closure of the site complaint with Quality Team/AP Product marketing team/ other factory teams.

  • Ensure Service Invoice internal process service invoice generation in client portal and submission of Invoice must be completed timely to client.

  • Deputation of service engineers as per service complaint received from client as per service AMC contract.

  • Maintain customer complaint document database folder with photographs communication documents if any on MS teams.

  • Maintain regulator install base with the help of PMO/Service team and update every quarter.

Make record for service revenue region wise quarterly

  • Experience in handling Regulators/ control valves/ Regulators Erection & commissioning will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 2-6yearsofexperiencein Mech/Inst. Engineering and service

  • Bachelors Diploma/DegreeinEngineering.
