HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Oversees supports and monitors assigned outpatient programs.
- Under theService Line Administrator (SLA) Behavioral Health Center (BHC) Services supervision directs and oversees outpatientunit functioning to ensure appropriate program requirements are implemented.
- Directs and oversees treatment programming treatmentteam staffing unit and departmental meetings education performanceimprovement and BHC policies and procedures adherence.

- SL Administrator BHC Services
Supervises:
- Director/Emp Assist Program
- RN/Behavioral Health
- Mental Health Therapist
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Practice Office Manager
- Patient Account Coordinator
- Department Secretary
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- Masters degree (from an accredited college or university) in clinical socialwork mental health counseling or marriage and family therapy.
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years of post-licensure inpatient mental health/substance abuseexperience with at least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience treating co-occurring mentalhealth and substance use disorders in an inpatient setting.
- Experience supervising a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Experience supervising otherclinicians.
- Knowledge of clinical programming.
- Knowledge of FloridasBaker Act.
Certification/License/Registry:
- Licensed as a mental health professional in accordance with FloridaStatutes Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations) Chapter491 (Clinical Counseling and Psychotherapy Services)
