IT Infrastructure and Operations has 100 colleagues and is ultimately responsible for overseeing the design deployment and maintenance of applications digital workplace cloud services.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Designing and implementing IT infrastructure strategy that enables organization to run grow and transform in a much faster but still cost-effective and secure way
- Ensuring IT infrastructure delivery in complex IT4IT initiatives and business projects Ensuring the security of IT infrastructure and digital workplace technologies including data protection disaster recovery and compliance with relevant regulations
- Working closely with a range of stakeholders: business units supporting functions and companies management
- Leading and mentoring the IT infrastructure team to ensure high performance continuous learning and professional growth
Qualifications :
- 5 years of IT leadership experience as a leader of leaders within the organization
- 5 years of IT experience in shaping company IT infrastructure public and on-premises cloud to reflect application development needs
- Proven experience in driving IT Infrastructure strategy and enforcing policies and procedures within large organizations while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to accelerate execution
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams (including cross-functional project teams) achieve sustainable results and drive change
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills ability to find a solution in complex issues
- Proficiency in English
