Job Summary

What You Will Do:
Lead and continuously develop the companys overall HR strategy aligned with business goals;
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and managers on all people-related topics;
Own and oversee core HR processes across the employee lifecycle from workforce planning and talent development to performance management and off-boarding;
Build mentor and lead the HR team fostering a strong culture of ownership collaboration and excellence;
Drive organizational development initiatives including leadership development succession planning and culture evolution;
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and improve employee experience and engagement;
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies proactively managing risks and best practices;
Lead and sponsor key HR projects and change initiatives in a fast-paced scaling environment.
What We Expect:
Proven experience in a senior HR role (Head of HR HR Director or similar) preferably in a dynamic organization.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions;
Deep knowledge of HR best practices employment law and organizational development;
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization;
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change in a fast-growing environment;
Excellent communication skills written and oral in English and Lithuanian.

Compensation: The fixed monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 5785 to 8265 depending on your experience and skills.
