DEVELOPER (FMD)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Elbalans development division of the Ignitis Group shared service center where youll be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality software solutions. If that speaks to you wed be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Providing technical knowledge and expertise implementing solutions for Ignitis Group
• Challenging and motivating tasks including big data handling containerization research and proof of concept experiments
• Developing code to ensure high-performance and availability of the resulting solution
• Working closely with the development team and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and efficient self-service portals that enable Ignitis Group companies to respond quickly to customer needs and seize new business opportunities
• Actively participating in all Agile Scrum activities and ceremonies

Qualifications :

• At least 1 year of experience in developing applications in an Object-Oriented programming language
• Experience in using relational databases and/or ORMs
• Experience in using code repository tools such as GIT
• Good communication and cooperation skills and a strong team-player mindset

Would be an advantage:

• Experience and/or knowledge of (cross-platform framework)
• Experience and/or knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience and/or knowledge of CI/CD configuration
• Experience and/or knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML/HTML5 CSS/SCSS JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Experience collaborating with both web developers and web/UI designers
• Experience and/or knowledge of agile software development
