Automotive Service Advisor
Basic Salary 32000 OTE 38000!

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join a long-established and respected dealership group representing a leading automotive brand. Known for its customer-focused approach and supportive team culture this business offers a professional working environment where high standards and genuine career progression are valued.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their service requirements
- Explain required services and repairs clearly and professionally
- Handle payments accurately and maintain balanced transactions
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance vehicle performance and longevity
- Schedule appointments and manage daily service workflows efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- Liaise closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Resolve customer queries promptly and courteously
Requirements
- Proven background in customer service ideally within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mechanical understanding to explain technical information clearly
- Confident in upselling and relationship building
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive and professional approach
Salary and Benefits
- Up to 32000 basic salary
- OTE
- MondayFriday 08:0017:30 1-in-3 Saturdays 08:0013:00
- Bonus scheme and commission pay
