Position
Automation Engineer Global Cash Management Technology
The role:
Contributes to the overall success of the Payments & Core Banking Engineering globally ensuring specific individual goals plans initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations internal policies and procedures.
What will you do
- Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites.
- Debug and test automation codebase ensuring high-quality standards.
- Document and test new software applications providing detailed reports.
- Research investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor junior team members.
- Approach and solve high-level problems with strategic solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and drive innovation within the team.
What do you need to succeed
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related area.
- Extensive experience with one or more programming languages (e.g. Java Python JavaScript).
- Advanced proficiency with Selenium Robot Postman and related tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Payments and SWIFT Domain Knowledge are an asset (SWIFT FED ISO20022)
- Exposure to Google-based AI tools is a plus
