Job Summary
Were looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of growing our casual nurse workforce. Youll proactively source recruit and onboard talented nurses at speed ensuring we meet client demands while creating a positive candidate experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment and wants to make a real impact in healthcare.
Day to day!
- Proactively source and attract high-quality nurse candidates to meet client needs.
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Drive early retention by supporting nurses during their first three months on the job.
- Identify new recruitment opportunities to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with Operations Consultants to transition nurses seamlessly into active shifts.
- Streamline recruitment processes to achieve rapid turnaround times without compromising quality.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Represent Healthcare Australia professionally and promote our services to clients.
Lets talk about you!
We are seeking candidates with a diploma or tertiary qualification in business disciplines (desirable) recruitment sales or operations experience in healthcare nursing or aged care sectors experience in a target-driven commercial call center recruitment or sales environment exceptional communication presentation and relationship management skills strong organisational time management and problem-solving abilities proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking or recruitment systems and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
