Job Summary
An exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager Warehouse Operations has become available within the Jandakot Region of ALDI Stores. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
You will work in a fast-paced environment leading a team largely responsible for managing delivery route optimisation space management asset management and maintaining compliance with a strong focus on safety.
What does the role look like
- Leading mentoring and empowering diverse Warehouse teams steering their recruitment development training performance evaluation leave management and scheduling.
- Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations from inventory management to dispatching and receiving goods.
- Strategically planning and managing logistics warehouse and transportation.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance safety and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nurtures excellence.

- Demonstrated experience leading teams ideally within a warehouse setting.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159000 - $208000 including Superannuation.
