Senior Assistant Manager - The Ettamogah
Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a flair for fun a knack for operations and a passion for people The iconic Ettamogah is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Senior Assistant Manager to join our team!
As the Senior Assistant Manager youll be a vital right hand to the Publican playing a key role in the daily operations and long-term success of the venue. Youll be a leader a mentor and the go-to person for everything from service excellence to staff development.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
