KBR is seeking a Cyber Security Product Team Lead to join our team in supporting the Space Systems Command (SSC) at the Tools Applications and Processing (TAP) Lab in Boulder CO. An active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Mission Systems Certification and Accreditation (C&A)
Process C&A Packages and provide Cybersecurity support to the TAP Lab in Boulder CO
Oversee and manage all aspects of program security including physical personnel and information security
Ensure adherence to national DoD and other security policies and regulations
Provide security briefings training and refreshers for personnel.
Maintain access rosters managing classified material and processing visit requests
Prepare for and participating in security inspections. Investigating and reporting security incidents
Create and maintain security policies and procedures
Collaborate with government program managers and other stakeholders to ensure a secure environment
Manage security aspects related to computer systems communication channels and other technical infrastructure

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or 10 years experience in the IT/Cyber industry. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree
Experience with Authorization and Accreditation processes using Risk Management Framework methodologies
Experience with DoD cybersecurity requirements policies and procedures
Experience performing cybersecurity accreditation activities in support of software and system requirements design development testing and sustainment of approvals - Authority To Operate
Experience briefing high level customer stakeholders with cyber security concerns and remediation tactics
Experience with computer networking concepts and protocols and network security methodologies
TS/SCI Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Linux and/or Windows
Experience with physical personnel and information security.
CISSP Certification
Scheduled Weekly Hours:40
Basic Compensation:$140000 to $160000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
