Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register patients with professionalism empathy and accuracy.

  • Coordinate appointments and schedules to keep the department running efficiently.

  • Maintain patient records and ensure all information is updated promptly in hospital systems.

  • Support clinical teams by managing documentation referrals and follow-up bookings.

  • Respond to enquiries from patients families and staff with clarity and care.

  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all hospital and data protection standards.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED

Experience:

  • Previous office experience
