Shift:Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm for 64 hours per pay period.

Responsibilities
Welcome and register patients with professionalism empathy and accuracy.
Coordinate appointments and schedules to keep the department running efficiently.
Maintain patient records and ensure all information is updated promptly in hospital systems.
Support clinical teams by managing documentation referrals and follow-up bookings.
Respond to enquiries from patients families and staff with clarity and care.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance with all hospital and data protection standards.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
- Previous office experience
