Job Summary
Dominos Pizza in Rantoul United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand youll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and card transactions ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications :
